When you request a consultation, we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address, the practice areas you select, your preferred office and anything you write about your situation. We use this information only to respond to you and to schedule your consultation. Please do not include confidential details in the form.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our web server keeps standard logs of requests, including IP addresses, the pages requested and browser information. These logs are used to keep the site secure and working, and are deleted on a regular rotation of about two weeks. The IP address of each consultation request is stored with it to help prevent spam and abuse.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers or social media plug-ins. Our fonts and images are served from our own server, so your visit is not shared with third-party services.

How requests are delivered and stored

Consultation requests are sent to the firm by email and a copy is kept on our web server for up to twelve months, after which it is deleted automatically. We do not sell, rent or share your information for marketing.

Security

All pages and form submissions are encrypted in transit with HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, which is one more reason not to send confidential details through the website.
